These Terms govern your use of snizzly, operated by {{ENTITY_NAME}}. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to them.

1 · The service
snizzly provides an AI humanizer, an AI detector, a grammar checker, a citation generator, a plagiarism checker, a summarizer, a writing coach and related learning content. We may add, remove or change features at any time; we will not materially degrade a feature you have paid for without notice and a refund offer.
2 · Your account
- You must be 16 or older to use the service.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys secret. Treat API keys like passwords.
- One natural person per account. Shared accounts and credential resale are prohibited; for shared use, see /orgs/pricing.
3 · Payment, credits and refunds
snizzly sells one-time credit packs and time-bounded passes. There is no subscription, no auto-renew, and no card on file unless you explicitly opt in. Prices are quoted in AED inclusive of UAE VAT where applicable.

4 · Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only as described in our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach the AUP; high-confidence violations may be acted on without notice.
5 · Intellectual property
- You retain ownership of any text you submit. You grant snizzly a limited, non-exclusive license to process that text for the sole purpose of returning a result to you.
- snizzly owns the service, the website, the models, the prompts and all related trade marks. Nothing here transfers any of that to you.
6 · Warranties and disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that detector results are sufficient evidence to accuse a person of academic misconduct, and we ask academic users to read /learn before acting on a single score.
7 · Liability
Pending Trust draft · Limitation-of-liability cap (typically: amounts paid in the trailing 12 months) to be drafted by Trust and reviewed by external counsel before first paid B2B contract.
8 · Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes go to the courts seated there, unless a mandatory consumer rule in your home jurisdiction says otherwise.
9 · Changes to these Terms
We will give at least 14 days’ notice by email before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
